A certain street has 1000 buildings. A sign-maker is contracted to number the houses from 1 to 1000. How many zeroes will he need?

    there can b two answer:
    1)if hr writes 01,02 like this then there will b :190 zero's required.

    2)if he writes 1,2,3 like this in the begiinning then there will b 180 zeros required.
