One day Pradeep celebrated his birthday. Two days later his older twin brother, Prahlad, celebrated his birthday. Why?




Ans: At the time she went into labor, the mother of the twins was travelling by boat. The older twin, Terry, was born first early on March 1st. The boat then crossed a time zone and Kerry, the younger twin, was born on February 28th.Therefore, the younger twin celebrate his birthday two days before his older brother.

    Difference between two twin brother's b'day is 2 days. this is possible only when pradeep's b'day is on 28Feb. and prahalaad's b'day is on 1st of march and there birth year is a non leap year, and this year is leap leap year.
    But as Prahalaad is his older brother this above explanation is of no use.......

    well iam not sure... but i guess that in twins they say that the child that comes later is the eldest. not the one that first out first... hece pradeep celebrates his birthday before his elder bro... and as saurabh said the 2 days differece maybe coz of the feb 28th and 1 st march...hope it makes sense

    You forgot to change the name from terry to prahlad.
