Balls

Written on 10:23 pm by Vja Students

There are six boxes containing 5, 7, 14, 16, 18, 29 balls of either red or blue in color. Some boxes contain only red balls and others contain only blue.

One sales man sold one box out of them and then he says, "I have the same number of red balls left out as that of blue."

Which box is the one he solds out?

Answer

29

hey the ans can be 5 also because....7+14+16+18+29=84(Which is an even number)

    and 29 also becoz....

5+7+14+16+18=60(Which is also an even number)

So ultimately it can have two ASNWERS

the answer can also be 7.becoz leaving seven, if we add 5,14,16,18,29..whose sum is 82.this can also be divided into equal no of red and blue balls.finally to sumit up, we can hav three answers 5,7,29.

    5, 7, 14, 16, 18, 29
    It is 29 Only coz
    then red: 5+7+18=30
    Blue : 14+16=30
And coz box contain either red or blue onlt
